Creating the message rules below may filter wanted
emails as well as unwanted emails. Typically emails sent in
mass in the form of newsletter may be considered under the
filter rules.
The filtering system shown below will work for any email
program, but will be described through Outlook Express. Below
are the keywords needed to block spam if you wish to do it
yourself. If you feel uneasy about doing this, call our technical

X-IMail-SPAM-Phrase
X-IMail-SPAM-Statistical
X-IMail-SPAM-URL-DBL
X-IMail-SPAM
Instructions for Outlook Express:
1.) In Outlook Express, click on the Tools
menu, go to Message Rules and then click
on Mail.
2.) In the first box place a checkmark next to "Where
the subject line contains specified words" and
then in the second box, "Delete it".
3.) In the third box click on the underlined words "contains
specific words". Enter one of the phrases from
above and then click Add.
4.) Repeat for other keywords. You may also use this method
for any emails your are receiving that do not fall under spam
if needed. |
